I remember getting my pair of ‘Foamposite’ in the Orlando Magic colorway back when Penny Hardaway was the ‘it’ player of the moment and the Air Foamposite 1′s were one of the most desired sneakers. This sample set to release next year in February 2011 says its a “Royal Blue”, but the official catalog says “Dark Neon Royal” which is the same color from the original Penny Foamposite One.
These look like a mesh between the Penny One’s and take the straps from the Air Jordan VIII‘s. No exact details on the material the sneaker is comprised of if its the actual foam material or something Air Jordan has cooking for the 2011 release date. The material construction can inflate or decrease the said price point of $160 dollars. Either way stick with NJCO for the official release & price.
